We provide a comprehensive and fully integrated franchise system that has been success proven. You will undergo extensive training both at our head office and outlet in the areas of Customer Service, Product Preparation and Presentation, Store Upkeep, Equipment Maintenance, Marketing and General Store Administration. We will supply you with the operation standards, procedures and manuals; and support you with ongoing operational assistance through training sessions and franchisee meetings.
We will render our services to fully support you when you sign up as our franchisee in the following areas:
Pre-opening of your outlet: Site selection, Store design, Store construction, Equipment supply, Supply of full range of manuals, Initial training, Store opening promotion.
Post-opening: Ongoing promotional and advertising activity, Regular field support, Meetings of franchisees to exchange ideas, Ongoing product and packaging development, Operational audits, Lease renewal negotiation.
We would require from you an initial lump sum franchise license fee and a monthly franchise service fee (royalty fee) for the rights to use all the intellectual properties, transfer of information and know how, manuals and trainings; and also a monthly contribution to a common marketing fund known as Adfund for use in advertising and promotional activities.
